ARTISTS, register each of your artwork with the USA Copyright Office!
All Artists, also international Artist NEED to copyright their work!
Register your work immediately after creating it, that is the best or at least within three months!
Only than you are entitled for not only actual damages, which are hard to proof, BUT you can additionally win statuary damages, that means the infringers have to pay your lawyer fees, plus up to US$ 150,000 per infringement!
So, companies will think twice to copy your work!

- Register your original.
- Either hire an IP lawyer to send a cease and desist letter or you can do it yourself.
- File your work with the US Customs Department, a direct link to the forms available at: http://www.customs.gov
- Sign each of your artwork with your signature and the copyright symbol, with the year of creation and your edition number!
